My proposal for the 20 Time Project is that I am
going to write a children's book. I had this idea a long time ago, while living
in Washington State. There was a famous octopus that lived under the Tacoma
Narrows bridge. I thought it would be a good idea to write a book featuring
this octopus. I could give it a cute name and make it the main character of the
story. I would also implement many famous things about the state of Washington,
such as the clay sculptures on a nearby beach, known as “clay babies”. This
week I plan on figuring out a good website of which I could create a book and
finding an artist to draw the characters. An expansion to my idea
would be to get the book published after it is all done. This could take a long
time and I would have to find an agency to publish my book. Having my book
published would be a major accomplishment.
